Had a three day bbq/smoke fest. Starting with grilled pork steaks and homemade Cajun sausage on Sat., smoked chickens Sun. and pulled pork today[/URL][/IMG][/URL][/IMG][/URL][/IMG][/URL][/IMG][/URL][/IMG][/URL][/IMG]
So I decided to smoke a brisket this weekend. Unfortunately all I could find was this little 5.5 lb baby.
