So I decided to smoke a brisket this weekend. Unfortunately all I could find was this little 5.5 lb baby.
After a little injection and rub

After a couple hours of smoke

Spritzed and ready to wrap

After a few hours in the foil

Sliced with a few little burnt ends

Couldn't get any decent plated pics, but it was pretty tasty.
Because of it's small size I had to watch time and temps rather closely as I didn't want it to dry out.
All in all it was rather good for such slim pickings
