    Daniel, ... I've tried repeatedly to make a meatloaf that would hold together well and slice thinly. I have not been successful! My meatloaves all crumble too much. What is your secret?? , I'd love to know if you don't mind telling.... Thank you and have a great weekend..

    C'est si bon, n'est pas? I sure like the looks of that... Looks like Caddo Lake or Bistineau maybe? The wife an I grew up in Shreveport..and lived in Lafayette and Baton Rouge.. We miss the Cajun food more than anything... I order boudin and other items from Borque's in Port Barre... Good stuff...
