    C'est si bon, n'est pas? I sure like the looks of that... Looks like Caddo Lake or Bistineau maybe? The wife an I grew up in Shreveport..and lived in Lafayette and Baton Rouge.. We miss the Cajun food more than anything... I order boudin and other items from Borque's in Port Barre... Good stuff...
