    IMO, Cowboy is junk. I'll use it for high heat grilling, but only when I have to (it's widely available here in MD). I've had great success with Humphreys. My only other slow and low option is BGE lump (see: Royal Oak at a premium). Thus, I use Humphreys. I'd love to try Wicked Good or...
