Well after last weekend going down to nearly -20 I decided this morning that I needed to fire her up again. :). And it's never too early for refreshments before football. Ribs and chicken legs today. :)

Holy (bad word here)!!! ;) What an amazing machine this is! I can't believe it took me this long to buy one of these!! 3 racks, all with different rubs for some variety. 5 hours from counter to dinner table. :)
