That's exactly what caused my table to crack. (mine's a 2011) I grill on the patio but, do move the grill across the yard to grill undercover on occasion. . Guess I need to lift from the frame somehow or I 'need' a second grill to have 1 in both locations..

Mine cracked as well at the bolt within the first season. Weber agreed to replace it under the 2 year warranty. Required proof of purchase and had to send a pic of the cracked table. Will be more careful from now on when moving the grill. A replacement if out of warranty or no receipt was $165.
