    Yeah you can do it with beef too and you get an amped up bacon cheeseburger.     Brisket recipe

    Food turned out great...Brisket was juicy and tender great recipie, pulled it off at 195 internal. Followed the recipe and cook time for a 11.6 pounder was about 13.5 hours will use again.

    Brisket recipe

    11.57 lbs of brisket already in the marinade. flipped it after four hours on the bottom ready to rub it and put it on the heat at about 1:30 am. Time now is 11:41 PM.updates to come....im putting 8 racks of spares on at about noon tomorrow and doing cornish hens and grilled aparigus for lunch.

    love my 2 Mav ET-73's havent had any problems and have a full 40 feet of wireless range up in the bedroom for overnighters.

    My recipe is nothing fancy, I just mix a packet of the hidden valley ranch dressing mix into a block of creme cheese and squeeze that into the peppers and then stick a generous slice of chedder in and wrap them up....ive also used pulled pork and pickles, pickles are a cool twist I liked them.

    Used the new Mav's and i love them, and i love the wsm that it maintains temp like a champ. Did some pork shoulder and the remote worked great from about 40 feet away on the second floor. Great investment.

    I just use one of those round Ziplock containers that has the screw on lid and I drilled some holes through the plastic lid on one side, It seems to work quite well.

    Yeah i could see this coming to mine as well. You all inspire me so much. I just tell my wife that im "fixing" the smokers. She always says "If you have to keep fixing it then its probably not as good as you say it is". He He she will never know.

    Definately the egg yolk separator i believe it is the second most used tool though because i have to toss it out of the way every time i want to get anything else.
