Inject the breast with melted butter and it will come out super moist. Honestly if you just pay attention to the temperature of the cooker and the bird you should come out with a very moist bird. I bought a pre injected bird and rubbed it down before it went on both under and over the skin.

As long as your fridge is cold enough they should be fine. I suggested a good fridge thermometer. You would be surprised how many peoples fridges are in the 40-50 degree range.

Just received a replacement lid today. Call them last thursday and it showed up tuesday....pretty darn quick. The new lid is super tight and very hard to get off so I am one happy camper now.
