    Weber briquettes new packing

I really liked the original weber briq. Were they more expensive than the rest. Sure but they burned hot, long and clean. Didn`t stink on light up. When I`m looking for a cut of meat I don`t buy the cheapest meat I can find. Buy a good cut. Your taking the time to prepare and cook the food you...

Kick Ash Basket for Summit Kamado and Charcoal

Where is this KA basket you speak of? Just on their website but did not see it. I have a KA basket for my Kamado Joe classic and it minimizes lump or charcoal cleanup. Lift and Shake.

BBQ sauce: Does applying it warm during cooking make a difference?

Seen a video of a guy that had is bbq sauce in small cast iron pot on the grill. Does anyone heat their sauce while applying? Maybe I have been doing it wrong all these years. Will be interesting to see the response.

    For spam lover

I didn`t even know we had a special section for Spam. We ate it when I was kid every once in a while I`ll pick up a can. Slice 1/8 inch thick throw in fry pan with butter. Smear mayo on bread for a quick sandwich. Not bad at all

Vortex wings 2 ways on a windy night???

Isn`t You Tube great. You can watch all the musical giants from the past. Off topic but check out drummer Gene Krupa. Swing bands from 30`s and 40`s. Those guys put on a great show also.

    Wally World Charcoal Selection

Really miss Stubbs and Weber charcoal briquettes. Local BBQ store had B&B Chef select. Bought 2 bags. Yes it burns a long time and burns very hot but the smoke on startup is unreal. Still looking something comparable to Stubbs or Weber.

I`m with you J.Munoz. I have the 12 inch round that goes in center of grate. Don`t understand why Lodge does not make a griddle with grease trough.

    Cover for Summit

Just purchased a WSK. Looking for a good cover. I bought Weber covers for the 22 before and they are not what I`m looking for. I`ve purchased from the Cover Store for my Kamado Joe classic and they are very nice covers and hold up well. I not sure if they make one for the E6. Any other good...
