    I only have one 18" WSM. I am a fisherman and so I was planning on smoking salmon in the WSM. From experience does it really leave a 'fishy' smell in the smoker which could impart a fish flavour to my subsequent cooks with pork or chicken? Thanks

    Craycort grill for 18.5"

    Has anyone tried using the Craycort grill 18.5" on their 18.5" WSM? https://www.cast-iron-grate.com/18-5-cast-iron-grate.html I tried the "Weber Egg" where you remove the middle section for grilling and want to know if this craycort grill will fit into the bottom section. any one try this?
