I still use Mach 3 blades as I have the handles. They are available at Costco at a very good price, retired I only shave 3 times a week can get a few years out of the Costco pack.

As Bruce said it can be a therm exceeding max temp but it also can be a bad probe but exceeding the temp seems a bit of a reach since you said it was closed. What do they claim the max temp is? On a One its 572 degrees and I believe the Lightning is the same.

A few months ago my att fiber went out this is where cause everything in my house is driven by the internet meaning my therms but not an issue with ecobee they retain the settings you just can't change anything but no big deal but no tv since I have google with apple tv, no laptop either...
