I am asking because I also have a BGE smoker and have no issues with sticking and the grids are porcelain. That was the reason for the inquiry.

I have always preferred to cook on porcelain grates as opposed to the ones that come with the WSM. Anyone know who carries porcelain coated grates that would fit the WSM? I am going o stop by Barbecues galore on my way home to see if they might have some in stock that might fit.

If you can get your hands on that maple leaf, buy all you can and be real thankful. I just recently tried the rancher briquettes and I have to say I prefer the lump over the briquettes. I bought 2 bags of rancher and had good results, but for what it's worth, "Lump Rules" Brandon

I know there are quite a few of you who have ordered WSM's from amazon.com. Do they arrive in good condition and should one be worried about the damage during shipping? The price is right and I want to order one, but am a little worried about the shipping issue. Barbecues Galore wants 249.99...
