    Stuffed smoked pork loin.

    I decided to stuff the pork loin I am smoking today. I cut the loin open with a roll cut. Seasoned with Moorish seasoning and stuffed with spinach and cranberry white cheddar. Onto the Weber to smoke for a couple of hours with cherry as the smoke wood.
