PorkBob Smokepants, my SmokeDay cook.

I was delayed from doing SmokeDay on Saturday. So I did it today, in the rain.

Who grills in a pineapple under the Weber?
PorkBob SmokePants!
Sweet and succulent and delicious is he!
PorkBob SmokePants!
If smoked goodness be something you wish
PorkBob SmokePants!
Then drop on by and grab a dish!

Like I said, it rained all day today. I did set up my canopy last night.

I set up a small snake with a couple of chunks of apple wood.

PorkBob getting ready to smoke. Last year I made Harry Soo's bacon donuts. They where delicious but a pain to make. Then this started popping up on Facebook so I decided to combine them. Mine is a bacon wrapped pineapple stuffed with boneless country style ribs, string cheese and onion.

My wife does not like cooked pineapple so the other hunk of meat is the same thing, just no pineapple.

Serving it up with patio beans and the wifes mac salad.

Very interesting cook! I love pineapple too. Nicely presented. The canopy is a familiar sight. I have a 12 footer that I use when it's raining, I mean back when it used to rain here, and in the summer when it's about 110 in the shade!

You get an ATTA BOY! For creativity and setting up shop right on the road to taunt all the neighbors. Grilled pineapple is one of my favorites. I bet it was work to build that. What the heck would you call ribs stuffed in pineapple and wrapped in bacon? I see a good contest Chris!
