My wife has been requesting Kettle Fried Chicken for a while now.
I did up some boneless skinless breasts, zucchini and some ABT's. Alon with some left over beans.

Here is your plate.

I just buy a packet of fried chicken breading at the store. I dredge the chicken in the dry mix (predust) then in the batter mix. Then once more in the dry mix. I had it to an oiled grate on a hot 350 deg grill. Then using great care I mist it with cooking spray. BE CAREFUL this can cause big flare ups! Cook covered. I check on it again in 15 minutes and mist with cooking spray again if needed. Use a probe thermometer to check for doneness.

Guud way to fix some KFC. We tried onion rings kinda like that. Came out guud.
