Zucchini Pizza Sticks

Toni saw this on Pinterest and we thought it looked good and would be relatively easy and it was. Three zucchini's halved and the seeds removed with a spoon and the other side a shaving taken off so it won't roll. Seasoned with garlic powder and Italian seasoning and brushed with some olive oil. A 5 Italian cheeses and some parmesan. I cooked them indirect at first but after a minutes placed them directly over the coals to get a little char on them. We used some grape tomato's on top. I chard them first and then let cool a bit and then arranged the toppings and back on to melt the cheese, very good. Could've used just a little more seasoning and maybe brush with Italian dressing instead of olive oil, next time.

You didn't think that was going to be it did you? We took some chicken breast and sliced them thin and marinated the in some McCormick's Smokin Sweet Tea. Pretty dang good.

Everybody!!..Outta da pool and into to my cake crusher!!

These two are like sharks waiting for something to hit the ground, in between grazing in the grass and sun bathing. They're just to darn cute!

Thanks for looking all and have a great week. see you around the forum.
You Friend,
Gene

Great idea for the zucchini Gene! Am going to give this one a shot. Thanks for the info on
the McCormick's Smokin Sweet Tea. I have seen it on the spice aisle and have been pondering
picking up a pack. I will now for sure! Have a great week Buddy!

I need to try making those pizza sticks, as they might provide me with an additional way to con -- oops, meant to say "encourage" -- my daughter into eating vegetables. Great post, Gene.
