Yucatan Kabik for the 3000th

That looks flat out awesome. Which cornbread recipe is that? I have my go to (Grandmother's buttermilk from allrecipes) but always interested in trying new ones.

Thanks!

Nice Bill. I am still sore from shoveling that shi! Took yesterday off and shoveled all day. was going to make hamburger buns but the wife comondeered the kitchen. Which was alright because I got red velvet cupcakes outa the deal. Anyway after all that shoveling, I woke up to more shoveling!!!

Thanks guys for the compliments, one of the most delicious things I ever had. And Russ, there is a lot of earthy spice but not a lot of heat unless you dig into those Pablono's like I did.

Tim, this is the CEO's corn bread recipe as requested

1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup yellow corn meal
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup honey
combine dry ingredients in one bowl and mix
in a small bowl beat the eggs, add milk oil and honey and mix well
stir into dry ingredients and pour into a 9" pan
bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes until toothpick comes out dry

What can I say that the others haven't? Other than I wish I was sitting' at the table, asking for seconds? Nice work, Bill.
