I've never been and not sure if I've seen an In N Out Burger restaurant. I don't pay much attention though. I don't eat out

I know some of the worst food I've ever eaten was at a 5 Guys. Was on an overnight layover in FLA so the crew was all together and when they saw a 5 Guys they went gaga. While they were all fawning over how great it all was I was gagging.
If we ever got an In & Out here I'd try it and give it an honest chance.

We tried one in Vegas. It's like Hardee's so I'm not sure what all the fuss is about....Never even laid eyes on the chain. So would not even know what to take. Though I KNOW it would not be a milk shake

I'm not sure there is fuss. It's back to basics burger place. In N Out and Chick Fil A are the two fast food restaurants that I'll eat at.
I was curious who likes fries vs shakes vs drinks etc since you can only pick two.
It's lunch time. I'm hungry and I'd go for a double-double right now if I had time to grab one.

I’m getting ready to head back to California for spell.
We have an In n Out the next town over.
Their burgers taste much better on site compared to takeout or delivery.
I very seldom go out for fast food but I’ll take a double double animal style w/mustard and an Arnold Palmer

It’s odd craving that burger joint.

One of the neighborhood kids growing up and played college baseball for Arizona but couldn’t make it into the Bigs.
He was always a great kid that worked hard.
Near 20 years ago he was serving us burgers at In n Out when he graduated from college.
He is now a pretty big boss for In n Out.
He was a district manager over 10 years ago.
I’m not sure of his current title but my son told me that they pay him well.
I’m proud and happy for him because it ain’t easy making a good check and living upscale in the SF Bay Area.

Five guys is “OK” but, just OK, it’s an overpriced gut bomb place with good PR. Go in with medium expectations and you won’t be too disappointed. Fries are pretty good.
