Yesterdays Ribs!

My nephew Chris is up from N.C. Asked him if he'd rather have ribs or pulled pork. He opted for the ribs. I swear! the boy ate at least a rack and a half.

I don't know where they went, he's only about a buck twenty.

Rich, I'm sorry to say those racks are a PAIN to clean although they hold the ribs well.
