Do you have accurate measurements? I might be able to borrow a buddy's shop and make you a set, what material are you thinking of?
Don't know what it might cost but, the dimensions would help. You can put finish on and drill as needed, right?
Well maybe this will work. I grabbed my 19.2v craftsman circular saw and threw the little guide on it and cut some common board I had luying around. I thought the cuts would be a lot worse and crooked. Just need to sand the rough edges and use the same gel stain and clear I used on the original handle and I might be in business. I think the originals were made out of some kind of cedar though.
