Suggestion from an old fart, slow down your camera movement.
But, you dry ran that WSM run? Waste of fuel and bandwidth. Don’t get me wrong, I see what you did but, if you’re firming it off, cook a pork butt!
The wind was MISERABLE here too yesterday! One gust was clocked at 65 here! I used the inside Weber for family dinner last night. Tonight was a spun chicken with asparagus baked risotto, FABULOUS,

Pretty happy with results.. ran flawless but the fan kept creeping up to 60% figured to move around the coals and did the trick
