I have done many Rotisserie chickens on my old gaser and they are always fantastic. I wonder
how would they turn out on WSM Rotisserie?

Yes, it turns out awesome!
I'm using the 22"WSM so the bird is quite a bit away from the direct fire, not the heat... keeping the bird from burning. Flare ups do not affect the cook.
