WSM Rotisserie chicken ?

I have done many Rotisserie chickens on my old gaser and they are always fantastic. I wonder
how would they turn out on WSM Rotisserie?
Anyone done it ?

I haven't seen it done on a WSM.... I cant remember who it was but they did rotisserie chicken on the 22.5 OTG recently.

I've done a few in the past, i think i posted the most recent one i've done... butt i don't remember when it was.
Yes, it turns out awesome!
I'm using the 22"WSM so the bird is quite a bit away from the direct fire, not the heat... keeping the bird from burning. Flare ups do not affect the cook.

I see that you use no water pan at all. Just direct fire. Have u try it with water pan ?

No i haven't Peter... i really like the results i'm getting without it in place.
