Hi Tom,what you mentioned, plus-Kingsford charcoal, oil pan,good spray bottle,a couple rib racks,your favorite wood(chunks not chips) applejuice,apple cider vinigar, kosher salt, Hugarian Paprika, Chili powder,Garlic powder, whole garlic cloves,whole peppercorns,brown surgar,powdered mustard,Tabasco sauce,honey,cayenne pepper,accent,cumin, a good pair of heat resistant gloves, extra long tongs, good paper towels, 2 gal. freezer bags, 1 gal. freezer bags, heavy duty aluminum foil, newspaper to light the chimney, wet/dry vacumn for ease of cleanup, Simple Green cleaner, some rags, either a covered patio or canopy, lots of beer, and a great rapport with your local butcher. Oh, least I forget, and certainly not to be overlooked- a very understanding wife( or significant other)!!!
