That looks pretty good Terry. Ive never tried a meatloaf. Do you have any advise? What kind of wood did you use? Do you have a recipie? How about times & temps.
Its old Jims meatloaf, found in the beef recipes section of this site. I took to internal of 165* 325* lid temp, hickory for wood,lump for charcoal. Smoked meatloaf is the way to go!!
