Yes its the top of my patio. I had a long day, I did a 13lb brisket and the night before I put in a 8lb butt on a 16hr cook. My first attempt at pig candy it turned out AWESOME!!
I use Jimmy Dean any kind,flatten out some then put some jalapino with cheese in the pepper or a slice of pepper and a small chunk of cheese season with your favorite rub, form a meatball roll in rub put in smoker for about 1.5 hours
