I drowned the spatchcocked chicken in cornell overnight...


Prepped a cabbage for the smoker...


Set the guru @ 300* and let it do its thing while I went to do yardwork and change oil in the car & truck...


When the alarm said 160* in the breast, it was time to let rest...

I picked this ghost pepper plant up at the farmers market this morning downtown after breakfast. Their supposed to be the hottest and hope to get a few before the first frost here. Looking forward...
