Middle rack -- check.
3-in-1 charcoal basket -- check.

No hinge for me -- hanging hook on cart instead.

This actually was a Harbor Freight furniture dolly. I just put the ribs and casters on a sheet of 1/2 plywood and cut the middle out with my scrollsaw
