WSM/Brisket in LA

Well, folks another saga of my WSM journeys..i am currently in LA now at my folks house...they have a brand spankin new WSM and Guru sittin in their living room waiting for me to put together..Yeah!!! with the eyelets of course as well....so thats my project for this morning..and then ill prob be purchasing 2 second cut briskets....my folks never really bought first cuts very often...they like the fattier meat...and after my dried out first cut last week, im not sure they trust me...
well im going to go to the butcher and see what he has....2, 5 pound second cuts wont make a bad meal....and if i have to get a whole brisket...so be.....Newaays thanks for your cont support and this time i will have pics cuz i have a digi camera with me now....(and once again thanks to you all i dont think ill have to be walked step by step through the process of cooking a brisket...
