WSM as an Egg, Bleu Bacon Bagel Burgers

1.8# ground chuck with a minced habanero & sliced serrano, a little granulated garlic & fresh ground pepper, mixed in some bleu cheese (gonna leave this out next time, just put it on top):

The bacon cooked really fast!

Thanks , Mine too. It wasn't until ~2008 when I went to the Busy Bee and was served a Bleu Bacon Cheeseburger with enough bleu cheese (a ~3/8" thick slab) to be offensive that I really appreciated it.

Right along the lines of a bacon/potato/egg burrito.... as in, something I'm always happy to eat
