Hey guys,
Just checking in with you all. My WSM 22.5 came today! She's finally all put together!! ❤ First impression is, this beauty is MASSIVE!! Heading out to grab a couple supplies that I need and then we're firing this puppy up and smoking some babybacks. Will check back in later.

Congrats! You're going to have a lot of fun with it, no doubt. I'm doing some spares on your new 22's little 14" brother today.
 
Congrats on a great smoker. You are going to love that smoker. You will probably want to watch it closely until it is broken in. Once it is seasoned, it will be much easier to control. Enjoy.

Hey Bob,
Yes I've been concerned about controlling the temp. Going to start with water in the pan and see how it goes.
