I added a probe port today to my $100 new (used) cooker then decided to take it for a test run before our big July 4th shindig. Had some babybacks in the freezer so thought i'd see how it cooks. Did pretty good overall, holding 230-240 for 5-6 hours, which was plenty to finish the cook. Ribs came out pretty good, though my meat thermometer quit working around 180ish, I was able to thermopen them home
