Thats a lot of work and looks great, I love all things smoked but find myself smoking a butt more often than anything, reckon the old saying pork fat rules applies to me lol. Been slowed down this year but hope to get back into the grove

Habanero is one of my favorite flavors.
I’m going to have to get some of that sauce.
