I finished cooking at 3:30 AM. Took a Nap till 5:00. Got up & made 225 SandwichesDam n, Kemper. Incredible.

Thats a lot of work and looks great, I love all things smoked but find myself smoking a butt more often than anything, reckon the old saying pork fat rules applies to me lol. Been slowed down this year but hope to get back into the grove
