So picked up some sirloin cut up for stir fry and some veggies. Cut up a nice Jalapeno, about six cloves of garlic and made up a marinade with soy, teriyaki and sesame seeds along with some celery salt. All mixed together with some sesame oil. In the fridge for the day.

So the veggies lined up, peppers, scallions, mushrooms, bean sprouts, garlic dressed with a little sesame oil kosher and fresh ground, Some Broccoli with the stems peeled

Bill, good friend, I'm running out of superlatives! From the prep to the cooking to the finish: top shelf all the way! Thanks for sharing.
 
Bill, as always you school the site with your great cooks. Nice wokin' job you did. Looks like you still got some snow on that deck.
 
Denver Pale Ale is so, so good. I think it's way better even than Great Divide's Titan IPA which is severely critically acclaimed.

Of course, nothing even comes close to the Yeti stout. I believe.
