One of my favorite is grill chicken tacos, the thighs with the skin on oh man I love them, but the kiddos like breast meat so got both ready to go. So here are is after a day marinading.

Breast got a head start and when they were ready to move over the fire the thighs took there place on the indirect side.

And thighs over to the fire.

There is my trusty headlamp that we were talking about in another thread. It is one of my most used tools for winter grilling. It is older then my kids, and was used for week long hiking and kayaking expeditions across the US, now had been relegated to be used for grilling and the occasional house project, but still going strong.

Three tacos made, thigh meat and charred skin only for me.
