Winner winner chicken dinner

We enjoyed Thanksgiving so much this year we wanted to make another simular meal so chicken and the works, chicken dinner it is. My mother-in-law got me a local grown chicken from her best friend (she also got me a duck). I broke that down and it's on the right. I also did two store bought leg things quarters and two bone in shin on breast thos are on the left and got a half hour head start.

Ready to come off.

And plated. I made gravy with the stock and drippings I put below, but missed that pic. Great Sunday night dinner with the family and great leftovers going into the week.

No, I haven't done the duck yet, I have never cooked duck, so I am going to have to lean into everyone here and their knowledge before I go for that cook.
