So, the wife is still away = eat whatever I want. First time doing them on the performer and they were great! Decided to make some whole wings and threw a chunk of cherry wood in for a little smoke taste.

Tossed in a little olive oil, salt and pepper.

Great looking chicken...indirect. What was the temp on the lid? I'm doing legs tomorrow on the Performer
