Wings on the Rib-O-Lator

OK, got my wings and marinated them in orange juice concentrate with a 1/4 cup of water added over night. Added a little salt and pepper and put them on the grill for about a hour. Took them off and coated them with Franks Buffalo Wing sauce and cooked them for about 20 more minutes. My wife is from China and she and my twin daughters(17yrs old)loved them, I got a A+ which just dont happen everyday

Thanks for the nice comments guys, I do really like the ROL and even the wife loves the way it cooks. The only thing I would have done different on this cook, I would have maybe sprayed a little Pam on the racks as some of the wings stuck to them with the orange juice coating. If I had to do it over again I would have made the purchase earlier.. Its all good....

The ROL is a GREAT tool and PAM helps a little with clean-up.
....but you DO have twin 17 year old's for that too

The color of those wings is great! Were the skins rubbery or did you get some crispy? Nice cook
