I decided yesterday to do sprares today but woke up to wind advisory, wind all day at 20mph gusting over 30, but hey let's get it on
Homemade rub today

Had to build a little wind break


couple hours in, WSM holding good with the wind

glazed up and sitting while I drop the temp

Todays dinner beer

Done


All in all with the wind the cook went well, I readjusted the door after my last cook and I think it made a big difference holding temps. Thanks for stopping by
