, but if you trim yer spares St Louis style they should fit. Based on pics of baby backs they will fit. just put yer other odds and ends in another tray!

Those pics show a lot of versatility with all the different foods you can load up.

It looks like it works with babybacks, but it doesn't fit spares.

Has anyone been able to fit fill slabs of spares on there? </div></BLOCKQUOTE>

Yeah! You may have to trim some spares to fit, but even then they tend to shrink up.

Anything else?

OMG them look delicious and to die for! We are having pork butt fer super bowl but I would rather be eating them spares!

I was shopping at one of online BBQ stores and they said that since the trays were cut back in size they would no longer carry the Rib-o-lator. They said they couldn’t understand why a product called Rib-o-later couldn’t hold ribs. From what I understand it will no longer hold spare ribs and BB ribs may need to be trimmed. I actually bought it and on my first cook dumped a slab of BB ribs because they were hanging over the side of the tray. I do like it but you really have to be careful placing and balancing everthing just right.
