Looks awesome - that red color! What'd you season and/or marinade that bird with?
Suckle Busters Championship BBQ Rub on top of a Frank’s Red Hot binder. The rub is mild but gives very good color. Cooked it at 400 on my three burner with the middle burner off. The Frank’s added some zip to it.
