Thunderstorms rolled through New England tonight. Instead of risking a ruined cook on the kettle. I decided to cook a whole chicken indirect on my Weber Spirit 3.

Suckle Busters Championship BBQ Rub on top of a Frank’s Red Hot binder. The rub is mild but gives very good color. Cooked it at 400 on my three burner with the middle burner off. The Frank’s added some zip to it.
