Who else does this?

We did breakfast on the weber. Growing up my mother mades eggs with chopped hot dog weiners and Usually beans as a side and tortillas.

Who else does this? Or is this just a Hispanic thing?

I haven't seen it since I was a kid back in Texas. My grandfather used to cook hotdogs in eggs before church Sunday AM. We didn't get the bacon, LOL. During the week we had cereal but Sunday was eggs! I ate mine with ketchup. Man, this brings back memories!

It isn't a Spanish thing, growing up my Mom had to feed 10 of us in the house and she was good at it. We had every combo imaginable. That looks like a good breakfast to me my friend.

Growing up we didn't have much either so my mom used to fry up bologna with eggs, come to think of it I should do that soon.!

Eggs and baloney I remember , but we never did the hot dogs....it looks excellent. And with some baked beans? Oh yeah!

My Wife used to make hot dogs and eggs for our kids and she is Mexican. Come to think of it, every time I have seen it or had it, it was made from a Hispanic person.

Never seen it done, but then again I've lived a sheltered life. I would do it now in a New York minute. Nice post Tony!

Looks great. I love fried bologna with eggs and white toast for breakfast.

Also, my favorite childhood grandmother food memory is creamed bologna on buttered white toast. Simple white gravy with chunks of bologna (from bologna chub, not slices). Lots of black pepper and a dollop of butter on top when she served it. Unbelievably good.

My mom used to fry weiners or bologna to go with our eggs but I put them on a biscuit not in my eggs. I still do the same today. They are great off the griddle on the grill.
