White Chicken Chili

Been a long 10 days or so, and haven't been grilling. We're headed out of town for a wedding this weekend, but Melinda had a great idea for a cook to freeze for later. No arguments from me! We love white chicken chili. McCormicks has a great seaoning, and you can spice it to your liking. Did up a bunch of chicken legs at 450 for about an hour. Also charred a jalapeno from our own plant!!! Enjoy.

Simply seasoned with S&P

Her chili is amazing as a super thick dip with melted cheese or as a meal. Stoked to eat it soon! Thanks for looking.

At first I was like that is not white chicken meat, it's dark but finally got it, ha! I'm pretty dense.

Looks terrific Luke! I would never be able to make this dish myself because if I had chicken legs that looked like yours, their meat would never come close to making into the chili. I hope one of you got to feast on that chicken skin.

Outstanding! That looks fantastic. I'll bet that gets all kinds of better as it sits and waits to be eaten. :)
