Saturday night's dinner of pulled pork sandwiches. I'll add more info if I can figure out how to upload the image. Stay tuned.

Started with Jane's butt rub. On the fire at 8 AM. Wanted to serve dinner that night so followed Harry Soo's directions here:

http://www.slapyodaddybbq.com/2012/04/slap-yo-daddy-bone-in-pork-butt-2/

Only difference was I had 8.5 lb. boneless butt, not bone-in, and I didn't use his rub. So, exactly the same only completely different. Foiled after about 5.5 hours in the wrapping mixture he recommends except subbed pineapple juice for the beer, no beer in house: don't ask! The sweet Thai chili sauce really dominated flavors in wrapping mixture, so I wouldn't skip this if you were going to follow this recipe.

Also served with Meathead's Grown UP Mustard Sauce:

Everyone loved this sauce, I highly recommend. I only used 1 tsp. of crushed red pepper. There was enough heat to my taste and I'm not sure that more would have added anything.

Topped the whole thing off with KFC style coleslaw.

Sorry for poor photo, with the site down over the last few days I wasn't really thinking about posting this but snapped a quick picture before digging in.

Good to be back.
