which curing salt is d.q. curing salt?

Which cure (#1 or #2?) is D.Q. curing salt? I believe it is #1 just want to be sure! I bought it from http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B0050IM4MY/thevirtualweberb and can't seem to figure out if it is 1 or 2.
