Complete pile of Chinese junk.................Sorry. There are some good ones showing up on CL. Saw a decent Genesis in West Chicago for only $75, or this http://chicago.craigslist.org/nch/app/4359515256.html or this http://chicago.craigslist.org/nch/app/4359515256.html or this http://chicago.craigslist.org/nch/app/4359515256.html also get on the other forum and check with Jim (Tubby's Smokehouse) about that Ducane SS unit. He can give you the straight dope on it. Stuff is out there and coming on market. Don't settle for garbage

I agree with you on the people of craigslist. Thanks for the links but when you post them they are the same one and it sold already.

I called or emailed three different people and couldnt get anything. I was trying to and watching. I have a truck and cash just cant get anything lined up.
The one sold in less then an hour.
 
As for the genesis, its hard to say. No more pics to show the grates or flavor bar condition. I know you are excited to get a grill but I think you can still find a better deal if you keep looking

As far as the Jenn-Air, I would say no but then I am now a weber snob like a lot of us on here

They are very needy and require lots of parts and work to keep them going. Frankly just another shiny Chinese porch ornament
 
Still hunting. Hope I can find something decent this weekend. I emailed that guy with the viking grill top we will see what he says.
