Just bring a kettle!

I grabbed the MBH and a lid from the OTP.

Started with smoke tubes and pecan chips for 45 mins.



The E330 side burner makes lighting coal easy.



I borrowed the second level rack from my BGE for raised indirect and did a reverse sear smoke.

In this Pic I moved the char basket to the center for a few mins raised direct.



I finished the reverse sear direct over the one coal basket. No sliced or plated pics, but it was tasty.

One Touch Platinum: a wannabe Performer.

the MBH was the easiest to toss in the back of the car, but the top vent on the lid was frozen which is why I grabbed a newer lid.
