What's the best method to sharpen knives


 
....of course non of this takes into consideration our wives. You know tossing the knife in the sink, chopping without a cutting board and oh yes...knife in the drawer against all the other metal objects!
I have mine trained to use a knife block but beyond that it is a constant challenge:rolleyes:
