OK, follow up message.

We all brought "heavy appetizers" to my parent's place yesterday, rather than have my Mom cook a big meal for everyone. I cooked the Filet Mignon Crostini with Balsamic Onion Jam that I received as a Weber "Recipe of the Week" last week. What an outstanding recipe this is. Definitely the crowd favorite. I can't wait to cook it again.
